When you place or enquire about an order, we collect the information needed to serve you:

• Your delivery address;
• Your order details;
• Messages you send us (for example on WhatsApp or email).

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not collect or store your full card details or Mobile Money PIN.

Why we use your data

• To process, deliver and support your orders;
• To contact you about your order and answer your questions;
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations;
• Where you have agreed, to send you occasional updates and offers.

Who we share it with

We share your data only as needed to fulfil your order — with our payment processor (Paystack) and our delivery partners — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights under Act 843

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to certain uses (including marketing).
