These terms apply to your use of the Gh Pro Fugu Ghana store (ghana.ghfugu.com) and to orders placed for delivery within Ghana. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products

We sell authentic hand-woven fugu smocks (batakari) made in Northern Ghana. Because each piece is woven and stitched by hand, small natural variations in weave, stripe and colour are normal and are part of the craft.

Pricing

All prices on this store are shown in Ghana cedis (₵) and are set for the Ghanaian market — not converted from dollars. We may change prices at any time. If a price is shown in error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email, and a binding contract is formed when we dispatch your item. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and where you have already paid, we’ll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is made in cedis at checkout through Paystack, using MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, or Visa/Mastercard. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery

We deliver within Ghana in line with our Shipping & Delivery policy. For orders outside Ghana, please use our international store at ghfugu.com.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Gh Pro Fugu name, logo, site content, text and images are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our consent.

Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them safely. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ghanaian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
