Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your fugu. If something isn’t right, you may return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to orders placed on the Gh Pro Fugu Ghana store and delivered within Ghana.

Your 14-day window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

Fugu is hand-woven. Small, natural variations in weave, stripe and colour are a mark of authenticity — not a fault — and are not grounds for a return.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you can return an eligible item within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return delivery is paid by you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your smock arrives faulty, damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you — a full refund or a replacement, your choice. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp (+233 55 064 9955) with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through it and confirm the return address. Please don’t send an item back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm your refund. Approved refunds are made in Ghana cedis to your original payment method (MoMo or card, via Paystack), normally within 5–10 working days. Delivery fees are non-refundable except where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.
